We are happy to announce access to the property carrier, Delos.
Delos provides non-admitted property programs for owner-occupied primary and secondary properties, tenant-occupied properties, and vacant home properties. All programs offer open peril coverage for dwellings and other structures, and named peril coverage for personal property. All programs are on A-rated paper. Wildfire deductibles are assigned based on specific property locations, allowing for a broad appetite.
