Submission Requirements

All presentation proposals must include the following:

  • Session title (8 words or fewer)

  • Session description (50 words or fewer)

  • Three learning objectives

  • Learning level

  • Session format

  • Speaker biography (150 words or fewer)

In addition, each submission must be assigned to one of the conference’s six educational tracks.

 

General Information

  • Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.

  • Notification of acceptance will be emailed in mid-June 2027.

  • Conference presentations must be educational in nature and may not be used to market products or services. Exhibitor opportunities are available for promotional purposes.

  • Accepted presenters must register for the conference and pay the applicable registration fee as either an attendee or exhibitor.

  • Individuals who are not registered attendees or exhibitors may be considered if they are affiliated with an exhibiting company and are attending solely to present a session.

  • No honoraria, travel reimbursement, or other compensation will be provided to presenters selected through the Call for Presentations process.

  • Standard audiovisual equipment provided by the American Agents Alliance includes a projector, screen, power supply, VGA connection cables, and a table for presentation equipment. Presenters are responsible for bringing their own laptop, a backup copy of their presentation on a flash drive, and any handout materials.

  • Internet access, phone lines, TVs/monitors, and other specialty equipment will not be provided. Any additional equipment or services required must be arranged and paid for by the presenter.

  • Presenters offering continuing education (CE) courses are responsible for all attendance tracking and reporting requirements.

  • The American Agents Alliance reserves the right to combine sessions, modify presentation formats, and make final decisions regarding speaker selection and scheduling.

  • Submission of a proposal constitutes a commitment to develop and deliver a high-quality educational session that is informative, relevant, and valuable to attendees.

  • Submission of a proposal does not guarantee inclusion in the conference program. Presentations are considered accepted only upon receipt of written confirmation from the American Agents Alliance.
