Competition:
The Seller has taken good care of the client base and has secured referrals as the main driver of revenue expansion.

Growth & Expansion:
Primarily a renewal book. Good entry level acquisition target if it's someone's first purchase potentially due to price point although experience and insurance underwriting expertise in commercial lines is prefered according to the Seller. Must have a producer, CSR, or partner at the Buyer's enterprise that speaks Mandarin Chinese to facilitate retention of the book of business.
