The pricing listed below is for those interested in adding events to a one-day trade show pass only. Subject to availability.

Member Rate/Policies

To qualify for the member rate, you must be a member of the American Agents Alliance in good standing. No refunds on conference passes will be given after September 1, 2026.  Cancellations made before September 1, 2026, will be subject to a $50 fee. Badges must be worn at ALL times. Badges and tickets are non-transferable—no exceptions. No children under 18 years of age, Strollers and Dogs (unless certified service dog) on the trade show floor—no exceptions.
