To bring 2024 to a close, the American Agents Alliance would like to take a moment to reflect on the many accomplishments and achievements tasked part of our year in review. This has been an accomplished year, thanks to the collaborative effort and encouragement from our members and strategic partners. Here’s a look at a few of the highlights:
Advocating for Independent Agents
One of our primary focuses this year was advocating on behalf of independent agents. By engaging directly with state legislators and regulators, we’ve encouraged the passing of new legislation that increases carrier appetite for new business, promotes rate adequacy and supports the sustainability of independent agents and brokers.
Expanding Educational Opportunities
2024 saw a significant expansion of education offerings. From new workshops and in-depth training, we gave members the resources to remain competitive and current in an ever-changing market.
Building Stronger Connections Among Members
In 2024, connectivity and collaboration were major themes. We conducted a number of events where agents were able to meet, collaborate, and learn from each other. These events helped develop stronger bonds and built a more welcoming community for all of our members.
Enhancing Member Benefits
This year, we added several new strategic partnerships, including discounted industry tools, access to the latest technologies, and simplified resources for members to efficiently run their agencies.
Looking Toward 2025
As we look ahead to 2025, we remain focused on advancing the interests of independent agents nationwide and delivering even more value through our programs, advocacy, and resources.
